Return Policy

Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we at JBS we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition upon purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. *Please Be advised there are certain conditions towards where we only partial refunds are granted* Any purchase not sold in its original condition: is damaged, has any sort of defect or missing part due to error may be granted a refund.
